We are a small family owned and run business based on the Central Coast. We are passionate about the important and complex technical projects that we do, as well as investing in R&D projects to create and invent. We highly value practical experience, and an understanding of how to turn theory into practice.

Above all, we like to find and solve problems.

This role is targeted at someone who enjoys all things technical and analytical, or someone who wants to get involved in the engineering sector. If you are experienced, and looking a small business to ply your skills, or inexperienced looking for a start, or from a trade background looking to move into design engineering, we are keen to talk to you. We need support on our projects, and we have an extensive project pipeline.

The key requirements for this role include
- Willingness to work openly and collaboratively in a friendly small consulting business.
- Be willing to work hard when needed. We back each other up, and deadlines are a part of what we do.
- Be a reasonable verbal and written communicator (or at least willing to learn), we all work from home (since COVID). Not always easy, all we ask is to be open and try to keep communication open.
- No qualifications in particular, open to different backgrounds, experience and qualifications that are relevant.
- By virtue of being practical and frequently in the depths of solving complex problems, we spend time on site. You should be prepared to do reasonably frequent travel, mostly within NSW. Expenses are always covered. You will need to have a drivers license.
- You will need to have a working knowledge of software like Excel, and Word. We also use OneNote for our site asset audits. Skills like coding would be favourable.
- For the right person, we would be open to discussion sponsoring technical training and studies.

**Salary**: $48,542.48 - $93,552.08 per year
