Nestled into the sand dunes in one of the most relaxed and breathtaking coastal locations in Australia, **Discovery Rottnest Island **is bringing to life Rottnest Islands first glamping experience. Featuring 83-luxury tents across several service levels, a resort style pool and two restaurants and bars.

**The Role**:
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Regularly clean communal facilities, including public ablutions and staff accommodations, ensuring high hygiene standards and reporting any maintenance issues
- Assist with linen upkeep and replenish cleaning supplies
- Assist with guest accommodation cleaning as required
- Interact with guests professionally, addressing cleanliness-related enquiries
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure consistent cleanliness and service

**_ Accommodation on the island is available with this position or you can commute on the ferry from Fremantle. _**

**What we're looking for**:
A housekeeper dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and who takes pride in providing exceptional service
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role or commercial cleaning capacity
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Enthusiastic with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment
