**Requirements of the role**: Required knowledge and experience: - Demonstrated knowledge, or the ability to rapidly acquire the knowledge related to light vehicle standards. A proven ability to interpret and analyse the meaning of information gathered from a variety of sources to support informed decision making.
**Required skills and abilities**: - An ability to lead, think critically and act in the broader interests of the team. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders. An ability to deliver results by leveraging one's strengths and acting as a mentor, role model and sounding board for others. Required attributes: - Takes personal responsibility for accurate completion of work and seeks guidance when required. Commits energy and drive to see that goals are achieved.
