**Joining an organisation of forty team members and reporting to the Commercial Support Officer, you will be providing administrative support in the following areas**:

- Reception, customer service and complaints handling processes;
- Administrative tasks such as mail handling/distribution, creation of documents and spreadsheets, electronic presentations, storage and retrieving of electronic information, document and records management;
- Using office equipment including computers, photocopier, filing systems, stapling and communications/phone systems;
- Collecting data to compile reports on a monthly, bi-monthly and annual basis;
- Maintaining the current filing and record keeping system;
- Managing projects as directed by the Commercial Support Officer and/or General Manager; and
- Facilitating a positive team morale and experience for all stakeholders.

**You will have**:

- A strong desire to progress your career within one organisation and take on new, educational experiences;
- Minimum of two years experience working in a customer service position;
- Intermediate level of computer literacy skills;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate both professionally and casually;
- A strong level of commitment to your team and your role; and
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
