Passion is the glue that holds this company together, every single person is committed to the cause with a great sense of purpose. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will manage one direct report.

The Marketing Activations Manager is responsible for the development, execution and measurement of all day to day marketing, brand and campaign activity, in a role that is always varied, challenging and dynamic.

**You must have a car and valid driving license to be considered for this role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all sites are presented to the public in an appealing and consistent way
- Supervise the **design, artwork, print** and install of all site signage
- Supervise the roll-out of all new sites from **marketing/signage/**communications** point of view
- Create and implement roll-out **marketing campaigns** and activity
- Manage the on-going planning, development, and execution of all marketing activity including the reporting of key sales metrics, media metrics and promotional **below the line** activities
- Manage the relationships with external marketing suppliers - including PR, creative agency, graphic designers
- and printers
- Create and influence copy for **POS, print marketing collateral and press releases**, together with input on **website content** where relevant

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years relevant marketing experience in **consumer marketing / products within retail**:

- Experience across **brand**, **print, POS, signage, promotions, content and marketing campaigns**:

- Experience managing creative and PR agencies
- Excellent written communication skills, ability to write copy for different channels
- Great people skills and the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
- You genuinely care about the environment & our planet and want to help do something about the current state of depletion of natural resources
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with priorities changing regularly
- Positive can-do attitude and solutions oriented. You're happy to roll up your sleeves and help support your team around you
