**Key Responsibilities**:

2. Targeted Campaign Creation: Craft targeted marketing campaigns specifically designed to resonate with audiences. Utilize insights into preferences, and trends prevalent among the demographic to effectively engage and attract this audience segment.

3. Utilize Popular Platforms: Leverage popular social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram to effectively communicate with and appeal to the target audience. Stay abreast of emerging platforms and trends to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful.

4. Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyse data gleaned from social media and marketing campaigns to identify key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. Continuously refine strategies based on insights gathered to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

5. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to synchronize efforts and maintain a cohesive brand message across all channels. Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and branding guidelines.

6. Engage with the Community: Proactively engage with the fitness community both online and offline, fostering meaningful interactions, responding to inquiries, and addressing feedback in a timely and professional manner. Cultivate a positive brand image and foster a sense of community among members.

7. Content Creation and Curation: Develop engaging content tailored to the interests and preferences of the target audience. Curate relevant content, including articles, videos, and graphics, to spark interest, drive engagement, and position the fitness centre as a trusted resource.

**Requirements**:
l Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

l Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.

l Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from social media and marketing campaigns to drive strategic decision-making.

l Strong strategic planning abilities, with the capacity to develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific audience segments.

l Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Chinese language is preferable not mandatory).

l Proficiency in financial software for budget management and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

l Passion for fitness and a genuine interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle to diverse communities.

l Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

l Flexibility and adaptability to evolving trends and industry developments in social media marketing and the market landscape.
