An exciting temporary fulltime opportunity has become available in the Premium Facilities Team for 12 months as the Events and Marketing Officer.

As part of Council's Premium Facilities team based in **Kogarah,** you will coordinate events, and develop and implement marketing communication initiatives designed to increase the utilisation of Netstrata Jubilee Stadium and other Council facilities as recognised venues capable of delivering sporting, cultural and community events.

**The Opportunity**
- Temporary full-time (12 months) - 70 hours per fortnight
- Salary from $84,802.70 - $98,256.66 per annum plus 11% superannuation

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Tertiary qualifications in Event Management and demonstrated experience in the field.
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and supervising events for venues of similar capacities.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies and communication plans.
- Proven skills in partnership building, client and media liaison to create a strong reputation for the venue and facilities.
- Proven skills and a high level of computer literacy with the ability to use a range of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office and Desktop Publishing Software.
- High level administrative and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple of tasks and meet competing deadlines.
