**Your future team**

Atlas is one of Atlassian's newest products. It's designed to help companies solve the problems of communication and connection across their networks of teams.

Atlas is in the scaling stage and we are hiring a Principal Product manager to jump on board to help Atlas solve these problems for more and more companies. You will report directly to the Head of Product for Atlas.

Atlassian is helping define modern product craft and is still led by the two original founders who relentlessly pursue the vision to unleash the potential in every team. You'll join a product-led company where product managers set strategy and lead teams towards big goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you'll do**
- Collaborate across multiple triads of engineering and design to build a roadmap, set goals, and execute on your plans
- Work directly with the Head of Product to define the longer term strategic roadmap for Atlas
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers and use that understanding to drive product improvements, decisions, and growth
- Partner with the Atlas product marketing team to write powerful stories that resonate with customer problems
- Own and drive customer growth goals for Atlas - we use OKRs at Atlassian
- This role does not have managerial responsibilities, but will be responsible for helping mentor other PMs around the team and Atlassian.

Qualifications:
**Your background**
- 6+ years of experience in a product management role (ideally a product-led SaaS company)
- Proven ability for delivering complex roadmaps of work that show a clear impact on customer and/or product outcomes
- Experience in understanding and adapting quickly. Utilising experimentation and a build, measure, learn approach to product.
- Experience interacting, learning from, and deriving insight from customers. You have worked on customer facing products and know how to determine what customers truly need.
- Strong opinions but enjoy being challenged to think about a problem from a different angle
