**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Systems and Reporting Analyst to join our University Colleges and Residential Life team. As the Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering reporting and systems administration needs, analysing data related to student accommodation, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with leaders in the portfolio, providing insights and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will have the chance to configure and optimize our Colleges and Residential Life Management System, while also training other team members in its use. This role offers a unique and stimulating environment for professional growth and development within a supportive team culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage the development, maintenance and publication of reports related to residential life, including preparing data and analysis for use across the portfolio and the University
- Define and develop reports, dashboards and processes to support business operations and identify improvements
- Support leaders across the University Colleges and Residential Life portfolio in understanding the information
- Provide recommendations to enhance system functions, processes, databases and dashboards

**Who We Are Looking For**
- A relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
- Experience in the provision of technical support and/or assistance to a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in implementing, troubleshooting, or monitoring business systems
- Understanding of programming, system design and database concepts
