We are seeking an experienced and talented Rostering Lead/Analyst who will be one of the key business subject matter experts on the project. Experience in rostering space with a clinical background will be highly regarded.

Your new role:

  • Be part of an exciting program of work, with a specific focus on rostering/time and attendance.
  • Liaise with the health services to bring the subject matter knowledge into the project.
  • Undertake analysis and problem solving tasks/outputs through the project lifecycle, with guidance.
  • Work in collaboration with other project team members.

About you:

  • You are a team player and work well as part of an open and collaborative team.
  • You are proactive and have the ability to ‘think outside the box’.
  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement.
  • You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Please be advised that this role can sit under the Administration & Management Enterprise Agreement or the Nursing & Midwives Enterprise Agreement depending on the applicant. *
