**Executive Assistant to the CEO**

**Permanent full time or permanent part time (i.e. 30 hours over 5 days)**

You will provide extensive executive level support to the CEO and the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. In addition, you will undertake research and special projects and will also serve as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors and the executive leadership team.

**What you need to succeed**
- Extensive experience supporting C-Level Executives.
- Demonstrated experience in administration, resource management and executive support.
- High level organisational skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- High level communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across portfolios.
- Skills in research, analysis, and project management.
