What you’ll contribute to

The Dealer Systems Manager is primarily responsible for managing the commercial relationships of existing TUNE Dealers and being the point of contact for the Dealer network in order to enhance Dealer satisfaction, profitability, logistics and performance for the Toyota brands.

The role is part of the Northern Region Division, which is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of market representation, Dealer standards, retail development and business transformation activities in order to bullet proof the Dealer network and contribute to achievement of sales volume, market share and profitability objectives.

This is a Max term Full role until March 2025 and is based in Acacia Ridge.

How you’ll make an impact- To support all stakeholders in providing a successful outcome of new TUNE deployments- Provides advice on and assists managers in the development of policies and standards that support the Dealer network in order to service customers and align activities to the overall objectives of retail development.- Implements and supports agreed Dealer Management Systems, processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to meet objectives and expectations of stakeholders.- Contributes to the implementation of processes for effective customer support and performance management to ensure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost.- Ensures ongoing stakeholder relationship management and support to maintain strategic partnerships, align business functions, resolve complex issues, contribute to counter measures and improve business processes to minimise risk and support franchise development.- Coordinate and facilitate forums to ensure that services, enhancements, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.- Monitors and analyses performance against targets for own area and recommends countermeasures where required.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Demonstrated experience in a similar role- Ability to manage stakeholders and achieve outcomes in a complex environment- Knowledge and understanding of Dealer operations and systems- Experience in customer facing and relationship management- Strong communication skills and confidence in implementing processes and procedures
