Our client is an A-grade agency with an exceptional reputation across Brisbane, particularly throughout the inner northern suburbs. They have built an award-winning business based on great customer service, a wealth of market knowledge and professionalism. They are one of the most respected agencies in their area and they are currently looking for a standout Property Manager to learn from the best and progress in their team.

**The Role**:

- Entry, routine and exit inspections
- Reporting
- Rental reviews
- Arrears management
- Maintenance
- Bond disposals/ final bond reports
- Tribunal attendance and preparation of court documents
- Landlord and Tenant liaison
- Leasing
- Water Invoicing

- CURRENT Certificate of registration - essential
- Ideally, 12 months + experience in Property Management
- High level of communication both written and verbal
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
