**The role**

Our health business unit at Civica is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join the team. The Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for delivery of products and services to external clients and overall project governance (PMO). This includes customer relationship management, collaboration with internal development, operations and support stakeholders and providing a single view of the customer to the leadership team. The CSM works within existing governance frameworks.

You will work collaboratively to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success. Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications, strong stakeholder management and implementing rigorous project management and control disciplines will enable you to meet stakeholder expectations and deliver a first quality service.

CSM’s must be willing to travel and be away from home (Australia and New Zealand) as required
