About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our Client Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in custody, fund accounting, or fund administration, with a strong background in client services and relationship management. You will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication and technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service and solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Manage client relationships and operations, including responding to escalated issues and communicating resolutions to clients.
  • Keep senior management informed of new developments, service issues, and new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve client issues and deliver high-quality services.
  • Drive project work to improve client service and lead continuous evaluation of team operations.
  • Review and implement operating standards to drive innovation, strategic opportunities, and best practices.
  • Effectively communicate key messages and information to relevant parties.
