The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in custody, fund accounting, or fund administration, with a strong background in client services and relationship management. You will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication and technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional client service and solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
- Manage client relationships and operations, including responding to escalated issues and communicating resolutions to clients.
- Keep senior management informed of new developments, service issues, and new business opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve client issues and deliver high-quality services.
- Drive project work to improve client service and lead continuous evaluation of team operations.
- Review and implement operating standards to drive innovation, strategic opportunities, and best practices.
- Effectively communicate key messages and information to relevant parties.
