Client Service Manager

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and ensure timely completion of trustee obligations and operational activities.
- Assist the Senior Manager and Senior Client Service Manager in ensuring compliance with compliance plan controls.
- Coordinate and manage updates to scheme documents, including PDS updates and service provider agreements.
- Participate in disclosure document and fund promotion material due diligence.
- Develop and maintain operational relationships with key clients and service providers.
- Review regular reports received by each client for compliance with scheme/trust reporting and disclosure requirements.
- Escalate any legal/regulatory red flags to senior members of the Client Management Team.
- Ensure all regulatory lodgements (annual financial statements, tax returns, and annual distributions) are completed in a timely manner in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operating or providing services to a registered or unregistered trust.
- Strong client management and process management skills.
- Working knowledge of the managed funds industry and operational experience (custody, administration, registry, audit, investment operations) relating to managed investment schemes is highly regarded.
- Business/accounting/economics/law degree desirable.
