**Your opportunity**:
As our valued Telephone Account Manager, you will play a vital role in retaining and growing our existing customers. You’ll draw on your Account Management experience to successfully manage sales leads and provide first class customer service.

**You'll make impact by**:

- Retain and grow revenue of the assigned customer portfolio by proactive and ongoing lifecycle account and relationship management
- Work closely with customers to determine their existing and future growth requirements to propose suitable products and solutions that maintain and increase revenue for the company
- Proactively manage sales leads and opportunities to drive sales and meet assigned targets
- Achieve individual targets and KPI’s relevant to the role

**What you’ll bring**:

- Sales / Telephone Account Management experience
- Proven negotiation and communication skills
- Relationship building and management skills

**Ideally, you will also have**:

- Telecommunications industry experience
- Salesforce knowledge
