As an Account Manager, you will ensure your portfolio of emerging accounts have an outstanding partner experience. You will be quick to drive impressive sales outcomes and foster genuine relationships, influencing your accounts to introduce SilverChef solutions to their clients more often. As a lead generation strategy, you will call existing clients, understanding their needs, and putting them in touch with the correct accounts in your portfolio.

Driven to achieve and outperform sales targets, grow emerging accounts, and identify and convert new opportunities in the equipment dealer and coffee networks
An influencer, able to guide dealer partners, coffee partners and client’s decision-making process through your knowledge and conviction as to how SilverChef can benefit them
A relationship builder who grows networks and collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
A great communicator, able to adjust your style to the situation and engage positively with a wide variety of customers and dealer partners
A fast learner, developing a strong understanding of our product suite and using your knowledge to create winning customer-focused solutions
