As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and executing the end-to-end delivery of one or more initiatives to agreed scope, timeframes, cost and quality.

You will promote iterative delivery principles and practices using coaching and facilitation skills. You will promote a level of self-management that implies trust and enables delivery teams to proactively forecast upcoming deliverables and set goals.

With a focus on delivery, you adopt an approach that applies transparency, visibility and collaboration whilst driving the delivery team/s towards outcomes.

Working with key internal and external stakeholders, you will provide accurate estimates, manage process and should be skilled with planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting.

**About you**
- 7+ years’ experience in delivery or project management, across multiple environments using traditional and iterative delivery techniques
- Up to 15 years’ experience in the finance industry through previous operational roles
- Advanced delivery management experience and skills based on agile, PMBok, PRINCE2 or a similar delivery framework
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Agile, MSP or similarly certified practitioner will be viewed favourably.
- Energetic, organised, relish working at pace in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on driving outcomes and a strong ability to motivate others
- Excellent scheduling and business planning abilities
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including contributing to business cases, feasibility studies and facilitating workshops
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to draw outcomes from teams with diverse personalities and skill sets
- Strong ability to influence cross functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Experience working with multiple teams, including distributed delivery teams that include partner organisation team members and facilitating and leading teams through delivery practices, tools and techniques to enhance collaboration, team health and outcomes
- Experience with vendor management and delivery to contractual obligations
- Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business analysis and IT service management principles and practice
- Awareness of organisational change management practices
- A high level of commercial acumen including budgeting and project financials forecasting
- Strong demonstrated management of risk through the delivery life cycle
- Able to assimilate information quickly, and present findings in a concise and meaningful way
- Committed to delivering commercial, customer centric ‘fit for Great Southern Bank’ advice and support services
