**About the role**
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a Neuro Portfolio Lead at Novartis? In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in strategic account management within QLD. As a Neuro Portfolio Lead, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer challenges related to patient care and identifying opportunities for collaboration. By developing deep relationships with key decision makers in important accounts, you will have the chance to co-create solutions that enhance patient care and drive sales growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales growth by increasing patient share and promoting the Neuroscience portfolio in designated accounts, focusing on well-defined priorities.
- Leading and executing customer and account engagement plans, ensuring proactive communication and building strong relationships.
- Exploring innovative ways to connect healthcare professionals (HCPs) with Novartis, such as through digital solutions and partnerships with healthcare systems.
- Identifying barriers and opportunities to improve systems of care in key accounts, with the goal of optimizing access to Novartis Neuroscience products for appropriate patients.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and objectives. By co-creating tailored solutions, you will expand the relationships with existing customers.
- Supporting the delivery of key tactics by contributing to and leading agile ways of working.
- Bringing the voice of the customer into cross-functional strategic planning, ensuring that customer insights are at the forefront of decision-making.
- Leading the preparation of insight-driven strategies for each account, including the identification and prioritization of brand focus areas.

**Role Requirements**
- Strategic / Key Account Management: You should have a strong background and experience in strategic and key account management. This includes the ability to develop and execute effective account plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and achieve portfolio objectives.
- Orchestration and execution of NGE: Familiarity with Next Generation Engagement (NGE) strategies and the ability to effectively orchestrate and execute NGE initiatives within your territory. This involves leveraging digital tools and solutions to engage with healthcare professionals and deliver impactful messaging.
- Growth Mindset: A growth mindset is essential to drive sales growth and promote the development of the Neuroscience portfolio. You should be proactive, adaptable, and constantly seeking new opportunities to expand market share and enhance patient care.
- Experience leveraging digital solutions: Experience in leveraging digital solutions and technologies to enhance customer engagement and drive business results. This includes familiarity with digital platforms, tools, and analytics to optimise communication and promotional activities.
- Ability to translate key trends: The ability to stay informed about key trends in the healthcare environment and disease area. You should be able to translate these trends into territory-specific opportunities and strategies to effectively target and engage with customers.
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration: Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills are important in this role. You should be able to work effectively with teams across different functions, such as marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to drive aligned strategies and achieve commercial goals.
- Utilization of KAM tools: Proficiency in utilising KAM tools, such as Veeva KAM, to support your account management activities. This includes utilizing these tools to track and analyze customer interactions, manage account plans, and drive performance.
