**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Our team is looking for a Payroll Officer that can help grow the team. You’ll be working with a culturally diverse team that aims to not only support NDIS participants but to empower them. This is a part time roll that guarantees 3 days a week with options to work from home.

The responsibilities of the payroll officer role involve the following:

- Responsible with processing and managing Superannuation, PAYG and Payroll Tax calculations, terminations and payments for all Support Nest team members.
- Liaising with NDIS Plan Management companies; specifically involving with account payables and account receivables.
- Managing and responding to invoices
- Being a main point of contact for all payroll queries
- Updating and maintaining month-end payroll records and time sheets
- Updating and maintaining accurate data and system changes
- Lodging compliances

1 to 2 Years minimum experience of working as a Payroll Officer preferably in NDIS Plan Management. Plan management experience must involve dealing with account receivables and account payables.

Experience and well-versed with payroll software and other programs such as Microsoft Office

Has strong background knowledge of NDIS rule, regulations and price-line items

Is well-versed with state labour laws

Strong attention to detail and keeping information confidential

Excellent management and organisational skills when prioritising tasks and responsibilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Able to work in a dynamic team environment and autonomously

Have a current or willing to obtain a Working With Children’s Check (WWCC), NDIS Workers screening check and National Police Check
