- Hours: 0.5 to 0.8 FTE, can be flexible to your needs

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is an opportunity to support the growth of UWA’s community impact initiatives nationally. This includes, but is not limited to, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Australia, which is focused on early literacy, as well as deep community-led collective impact systems change initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will help grow funding from Trusts, Foundations, Private Ancillary Funds (PAFs), Corporates, individuals, and governments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospect research to gather information about potential donors.
- Assist with the development of major donor presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Coordinate online and in person meetings and presentations for senior management and Board directors.
- Develop and nurture relationships with valued donors.
- Produce engaging marketing and content for use online and in-person events.
- Use CRM tools to keep records of donor engagement and share tailored impact reporting to donors.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Prior experience in targeted prospecting of new donors and nurturing existing donor relationships, with preference to those that have familiarity with Trusts and Foundations.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling and persuasive material of the highest quality and accuracy.
- A warm, genuine, and friendly nature with outstanding relationship management capabilities.
- Well-developed spoken and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Great computer skills and experience using CRMs.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
