They are now looking for a highly experienced, energetic, and "hands-on" Chief Executive Officer with a track record of running a company through a growth phase. They are ready to hear what this self-confessed ‘people person’ can offer

**THE POSITION**:
Reporting to a committed Board, you will contribute to the strategic planning process and be responsible for implementing future initiatives and directions. This pivotal position, with 4 direct reports and managing a team of 100+ requires the ability to foster stakeholder relationships, including training certification bodies, staff, and the communities this service offering grow & shape

**Your primary responsibilities will be**:

- General management of all day-to-day aspects of running the Company's business operations including budgeting, procurement, human resources, IT, communications / public relations, HSE and CSR
- Drive sales growth and innovation through product/service development throughout the business
- Maintain an appropriate organisation structure, resources, processes and systems to ensure the efficient running of the business
- Lead the Company to assess new venture opportunities, prepare Board recommendations and negotiate terms and agreements with external providers
- Well versed in stakeholder management, able to interact and influence at all levels from Shareholders, Board of Directors through to staff - you are a people person at heart

**THE PERSON**:
You will be a strategic leader who has a background leading a team to execute a vision. Your experience will see you confidently lead both the Newcastle & multiple regional branches while providing strategic guidance and support to our Board of Directors and leadership team. You will be given the support and freedom through the board to thrive in this role.

To be considered for this position you must have:

- A background in stakeholder and relationship management with exposure to sales and marketing
- An inspiring and proven attitude with a growth mindset, high levels of commercial and financial acumen, engaging leadership and negotiation skills and the ability to drive and deliver a sustainable growth mandate.It is expected that you will have appropriate formal qualifications.
- The ability to maintain and strengthen a strong corporate culture within a motivated and cohesive team.
- Must be "Board Savvy" and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
