**The Business**:
We are working with a respected and well known firm in Adelaide CBD.

The business specialise in corporate and commercial private practice law and are a long established firm in Adelaide.

They are known for their exemplary level of customer care, and have a great reputation for looking after and nurturing their internal team of lawyers and support staff.

**The Role**:
The role is a key support position in the Compulsory Third Party team and is an interesting and varied opportunity.

You will be supporting Partners and Senior Associates in a range of administration duties and working across all aspects of legal support.

The team work on a range of CTP files and the opportunity lends itself to a well organised and dynamic individual.

Daily Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Typing and dictation which will require fast accurate keyboard skills
- Administrative support to the partner and fee earners in the practice group
- Managing confidential firm information and opening new matters
- Inputting and maintaining client data into client relationship software
- Assisting with client queries
- Managing the monthly billing process
- Answering phone calls from clients and manage new enquiries in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner.
- Data entry and file management of client files

Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience of working within a law firm and ideally a commercial or insurance team.

You should be able to work to deadlines, use your initiative and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, as are good communication skills. It is also advantageous to be capable of using automated billing systems and client relationship management software
