Legal Secretary

We are looking for experienced Legal Secretaries for multiple openings with several prominent law firms in the Adelaide CBD.
About the role:
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and court hearings.Drafting legal documents and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.Organizing and maintaining client files and case documents in an orderly manner.Conducting legal research and compiling pertinent information for cases.Facilitating communication among attorneys, clients, and external parties.Prioritizing urgent matters in incoming calls and correspondence.Upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.Managing billing processes, including handling specific client requirements.Coordinating Partners' appointments, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements.Providing comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including liaising with clients, court personnel, and external stakeholders.
About you:
To be eligible, you should have a minimum of 2yrs prior experience as a legal secretary. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Legal software, a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm with accuracy, excellent communication skills, a desire to learn, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.
