- We are looking for an energetic and engaging individual to join the team and take on the role of Customer Experience Manager for an allocated portfolio of property assets on behalf of one of CBRE’s major institutional clients.You will be responsible for creating an engaging and connected community by facilitating brand, communications, and event activity across the commercial and retail precinct.**The Opportunity**:

- Support implementation of the client’s portfolio customer experience strategy at specific assets.
- Create and manage the activation and wellbeing program for this vibrant community in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage communications planning and implementation across physical, digital and socials.
- Collaborate with a national experience team on various special projects and campaigns.
- Deliver on CBRE’s commitment to providing first-class services to the client.
- Engage and collaborate with external providers and agencies for various events, programs and partnerships.
- Encourage the team to support a customer-centric approach to everything our team and valued strategic partners do
- Of course, there is all the usual admin and reporting that keeps us on track and motivated.

- Experience in hospitality and/or event management
- Marketing and communications background with a strong attention to detail in presentations and copywriting
- Demonstrable confidence in communication, having the ability to build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Customer service focus and performance outcome orientation with all colleagues and at all levels
- Logical and analytical thought process with excellent time management and organisational skills to manage workflow and priorities
- Elevate all members of the experience team becoming a champion of customer service
- High level of computer literacy in demonstrated ability to handle software dashboards
- Property experience a bonus
