**Your new role**

We are seeking Projects Coordinator, Learning Partnerships to join the fast paced and dynamic Centre for Learning Enterprise and Partnership Engagement team. In this role, you will develop and coordinate partnerships and projects within the Centre and connect emerging industry needs with Curtin’s capabilities to deliver mutual value. You will work closely with industry and internal Curtin stakeholders to create new forms of learning, bridging the gap between traditional and non-traditional education methods. This includes developing micro credentials across various faculties and schools within the university, regional study hubs and global campuses.

The CLEPE team embraces flexible working arrangements including working from home days and opportunities for members to work when they are most productive.

**In this role, you will**:

- Coordinate projects and events in alignment with the team and Curtin Strategy.
- Engage with industry partners and industry stakeholders, supporting proposals and end to end delivery of learning partnership projects
- Coordinate and manage documentation for strategic projects and maintain a catalogue of Curtin’s industry-engagement capabilities to support consistent engagement requests.
- Support the development and implementation of learning enterprise and partnership initiatives across DVCA and Curtin’s Faculties, including assisting in proposal development for funding and partnerships.
- A relevant degree with considerable relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience managing a project with ability to conceive, coordinate and implement project plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and demonstrate cross-cultural sensitivity.
- High level interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as a team to achieve positive outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise competing tasks and work within deadlines with high attention to detail.

**As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.**
