This role will see you immerse yourself in one of the most accomplished businesses in Australia. **The Role**:
Monday - Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this fun yet hard-working team’s day in order. This position will see you utilize your administration, organizational and relationship management skills daily. As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:

- Offering administrative assistance to the Sales Department
- Compiling Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotations, and Calendars
- Coordinating marketing arrangements for upcoming listings
- Preparing open-for-inspection packs and just listed/auction/sold letters
- Publishing listings online, making necessary adjustments to price guides or details
- Organizing and managing records and files for upcoming property listing
- Collaborating with the Accounts and Compliance teams to ensure meticulous tracking of marketing funds and completion of compliance requirements.
- Setting a precedent within the team by consistently upholding professionalism, adhering to office policies and procedures, and proactively approaching assigned tasks.
- Collaborating with the General Manager in the implementation of new processes, policies, software, or initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.

**The Requirements**:

- Previous residential Real Estate experience in NSW
- Possession of a Real Estate Licence & valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
- Strong knowledge of the local area is essential
