We are partnering with a rapidly growing entertainment business that is going through a major digital transformation, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM are at the forefront of this transformation. We are looking for someone to come in and take ownership of the platform, drive the digital transformation in the business, set up processes, and managed key projects internally and with the third-party stakeholders.

**The Role**

The company has just implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Interaction Studio) & Sales Cloud and are looking for someone to come in and take ownership of those platforms.

With a number of exciting new digital projects in the pipeline the team are looking for this Digital Transformation Specialist to be responsible for supporting the management and delivery of these projects across the group, where you will work closely with our Salesforce Partners and internal teams to achieve these business outcomes.

Projects include a range of digitally focused initiatives including marketing technology infrastructure enhancements, integration, data migration, CRM and E-commerce.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic journey mapping, implementation, and testing;
- Provide informed analysis to the wider teams driving evidence led best practices, including assets, web pages and frequency of message delivery to ensure high performance from our campaigns;
- Develop regular supporter behaviour analysis that can be used to profile, segment and optimise targeted journeys;
- Take ownership and management of all digital projects including managing stakeholders, project deliverables, and project coordination; and
- Work with our Salesforce marketing cloud partner to ensure best practice and optimum use of marketing automation platforms and strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience working on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms;
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members;
- Ability to lead and effectively manage technical discussions;
- Have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and how customers transact online;
- Hardworking and confident team player; and
- A proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Shopify Plus experience.
