**The Role**:
We are looking for a HR Total Rewards Manager to join Ralph Lauren Australia. You will be responsible for providing HR specialist support and counsel on HR Analytics, Administration, HRIS and Compensation and Benefits. Additionally, the role acts as a coach and mentor to the Human Resources Coordinator and Payroll Associate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the business in the implementation of the strategic HR plan, projects, and initiatives
- Responsible for local benefit plan design, implementation and administration
- Contributes to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures
- Analyzes, assesses, and reports on employee productivity, operational support and helps the company on its resource planning
- Administers the annual competitive compensation analysis using market data
- Contributes to short
- and long-term business strategy and keeps abreast of trends and best practices in the industry
- Support managers with Award interpretation and advise on the relevant practices
- Oversee the timely & accurate preparation of payroll processing, including managing any redundancies

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in human resources or total rewards or compensation & benefits
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian employment laws, regulations, awards, and agreements
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Ability to handle data and sensitive issues with tact and confidentiality
- Possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Displays excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Have advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc...), as well as proficiency in human resources information systems

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
