About the Role
The HR Business Partner is a hands-on role that provides full employee life cycle Human Resources support to the NSW Operations.
Reporting into the National HR Manager, the role is focused on the provision of proactive HR generalist advice and guidance to managers, providing appropriate and timely ER / IR support and equipping leaders with the right skills, tools and information to efficiently and effectively manage their workforce across appropriate HR disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach managers in the application of HR systems and processes.
Process and assist with terminations, restructuring, secondment, and redundancies.
Work closely with leaders to manage absenteeism - analysisand intervention.
Workers' compensation & injury management case review/involvement.
Work closely with managers and workers compensation team on difficult cases – identify and facilitate appropriate solutions.
Facilitate salary review and letters of offer.
About You5+ years in HR business partneringExperience participating and leading of industrial negotiationsExperience in inspiring high levels of employee engagementStrong operational HR experience in all end to end processes including but not limited to recruitment & selection, performance management, organisational development, talent & succession planning, change management, employee relations, remuneration & benefits, HR reporting, engagement.
