**About the Content Manager role**

Edrolo's Content Production Team is stacked with problem solvers of the highest calibre. We're at a turning point and looking for someone to lead our Content teams into the next phase. As we look to scale our products significantly over the coming years, we need someone with a strong operational mindset to help us implement strategy, lead teams towards a common goal, whilst keeping the heart of our products. In this role you'll be working closely with our curriculum leads to ensure delivery of our titles, and ensure that they are of the highest quality.

**Key responsibilities**
- Implement the strategy to scale our capacity and keep teams accountable, ensuring Edrolo's content is of the highest quality
- Lead a team of content professionals in executing the content strategy, with direct management of 5-7 Content Leads and indirect management of a team of c.40
- Inspire committed and positive action towards accomplishing individual and team objectives
- Support, develop, and coach people managers and projects managers to enable them to do their best work in service to our mission
- Sharing and capturing best practices across our team of content authors
- Endorse quality in our authoring teams and enhance workflow processes
- Report on content development progress, and surface quantitative and qualitative data to drive improvement
- Leading key projects within our content team

- You have proven experience in scaling operations and output, with a focus on maintaining high quality standards
- You're future focused and love problem solving. You're excited about developing the blueprint for how we grow, and support your team to execute this plan
- You enjoy sharing best practices, streamlining processes, and supporting others to enable them to flourish
- You're able to communicate the leadership vision for your team, and identify interdependencies to ensure successful delivery of Edrolo's content
- You have an engaging and credible communication style with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams, and multiple stakeholders
