Customer Service Representative

The Company

Highly reputable Disability Services business are currently seeking an outstanding Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis.

You will collaborate with like-minded individuals to hit strategic goals and deliver a seamless process for their key clients.

The Position

Answer incoming / making outbound telephone calls;
Data entry;
Update client information onto the system;
Scheduling;
Admin duties; and

Other duties assigned by management.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role;
Excellent customer service experience;
High level of attention to detail;
Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; and

Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment.
