**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marcomms team based in Pyrmont 2009. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing Veolia’s marketing activities across our Environmental Services, Water, Energy and Industrials sectors in Australia and New Zealand.

You will develop, manage and execute external marketing campaigns and initiatives that support business growth and engage customers positively with the Veolia brand.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
- Creating and maintaining customer communications that are timely, effective and improve the customer experience for the business
- Regularly reviewing customer data and insights to create reports and recommendations that improve campaign performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and ensuring Veolia’s customer touchpoints (Google listings, IVRs, Websites) are up-to-date to protect our brand reputation and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate all aspects of event planning, including creating engaging event collateral, stand design and signage, vendor management

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing or related business discipline
- 2+ years experience in a previous marketing, communications or business-related role is preferred
- Effective time management and the ability to manage and prioritse multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
