**YOUR ROLE**

We’re looking for multiple sale and service consultants to join our dynamic and engaging team, located in our Parramatta Office.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers to assist them in choosing the right coverage for their Travel, Caravan or Boating needs.
- Option 1: Tuesday to Saturday
- Option 2: Sunday to Thursday

All options include working some public holidays. Shifts are allocated between 8:00am
- 8:00pm, AEST so you need to provide full availability to work within these hours. Rosters will be issued a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.

The starting date for these positions will be 2nd October with your IAG journey commencing with a comprehensive, 8-week induction (fully paid).

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience with insurance & underwriting is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous customer experience, for example, sales, hospitality, retail and/or others
- Be solutions focussed, with the ability to think critically and analyse specific situations.
- Have a willingness to learn, develop and self-motivate.
