We’re searching for an experienced Property Administration Officer to join us on our mission to be the trades most valued partner.

**About the role**

The Property Administration Officer will support the ANZ Property Leader & Property team. Key to this role is provide all round support in the general running of the team inclusive of general property administration, calendar management, team meeting, travel planning, reporting and minute taking. The property team work in a fast paced and within tight timelines so ability to priorities and work dynamically is key to success. You will act as a brand ambassador for the property team, getting involved in projects and helping to drive continuous improvement.

**About you**

This is a great opportunity for someone to join our property team - ideally you will have strong customer service and administration skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow. We want someone with a can-do attitude, confident communication skills and great attention to detail. Working knowledge of MS Office suite is a must, including PowerPoint presentation skills.
