Cremorne, Australia Reece Group Full time

Racking Compliance Coordinator

About Reece

You probably know Reece as Australia’s largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products. But we are much more than that. We are a leading Australian distributor of trade products to residential, commercial and infrastructure customers. We’re an ASX listed company with more than 800 branches and 9,000 employees across Australia, New Zealand and the United States and we’re growing all the time. We’re searching for a Racking Compliance Coordinator to join us on our mission to be the trades most valued partner.

About the role

This is a newly created role that will lead the successful delivery of our racking audit, as well as any compliance work and resolutions that need to be put in place. The standards for racking have changed recently, and this role will coordinate the racking compliance audits across all of our branches in Australia and New Zealand (600+), working through the inspections and any repairs or changes recommended as a result of that.

Based out of our Head Office in Cremorne (with hybrid working in place), this is a 2 year fixed term contract/secondment opportunity and will involve ad hoc travel.

About you

This is a great opportunity for someone to join our property team – the position could suit someone coming from a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role, or from a retail leadership role. We are seeking an individual with strong organising and planning skills, who is comfortable juggling competing priorities. You will be working to tight deadlines so an ability to work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail is key. The position requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal), as well as confidence negotiating and influencing to achieve outcomes. In terms of tech, you will have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Adobe and AutoCAD.

Reece is a place where people make a real difference. And that’s the secret to our success; having the right people, with the right attitude in the right roles. This means that we value diversity and fairness and are committed to providing equal opportunity regardless of gender identity, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or life stage.

We look forward to hearing from you.
