Requirement:
Skout Solutions and Ventia are seeking an Administration Coordinator for a role-based within our Telecommunication Contract at our Cremorne Office. The primary purpose of the position is to support the Land Access function, ensuring that stakeholders are well informed of our pending activities. You will be working within a highly supportive and experienced team who are ready to assist as you learn the role. Initially, this position is offered on a temporary basis with the opportunity for permanent if you are the right fit

**Tasks**:
- Search databases, various websites and resources to identify anything that would impede construction.
- Issue notifications to Councils / Land Owners to advise of activities to be undertaken.
- Update and populate spreadsheets, databases and templates.
- Work with various members of the team to increase knowledge across the Land Access function.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a fast-paced administration role
- High attention to detail
- Well developed communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook & Excel)
