**YOUR ROLE**

As a Quality & Compliance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring the quality of claims practices to meet business requirements, legal and regulatory obligations, and customer expectations.

You will establish strong relationships with stakeholders and leverage those relationships to generate insights and optimise claims practice and outcomes.

This is a permanent role and can be based in all major cities in **Australia.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct QA (file) reviews and provide reporting, insights and recommendations to improve claim practice and outcomes.
- Coordinate and maintain Knowledge Advanced (KA) including version control and update of all articles setting out operational claims processes, tools and resources.
- Provide education to claims staff to promote utilisation and adherence to operational claims processes and achieve consistent claims practice.
- Participate in business and regulatory projects as needed.
- Prepare reports and recommendations based of trends and insights as required.
- Develop strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to access expertise and gain insights to drive business objectives.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Solid operational experience in a Claims business environment, in particular, Professional Indemnity Claims.
- Previous experience in a risk, compliance, or audit type role desirable.
- Ability to manage feedback and pushback from internal stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and articulate solutions to compliance issues.
- Relevant Undergraduate/Postgraduate degrees and/or industry qualifications desirable.
- Qualifications in risk and compliance desirable.
- Demonstrated resilience and sound communication skills.
