**About the role**:
The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service and administration support to the College. Success in this position requires exemplary organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, outstanding attention to detail and a mature and focused attitude.

(3 days per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays)

- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy, with a minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- High level organisational skills with the ability to multi task and manage time to meet changing priorities
- Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Accurate data entry skills and high attention to detail
- Personal drive, passion and commitment to achieve the best outcomes
- Understanding and sympathy with the mission and ethos of Jesuit Social Services

**About the program**:
Jesuit Community College is a Registered Training Organisation offering nationally recognised vocational education and training, non-accredited training, professional and personal development programs and community development programs.

Education and training activity is built around three key areas - Skills for Learning, Skills for Earning and Skills for Volunteering.

The College places high priority on helping people whose education has been interrupted to develop foundation skills - basic literacy, numeracy and communication skills - as a key to social and economic inclusion.

For people facing barriers to learning, it sparks hope, aspiration and interest in education, provides a solid foundation for further study and connection to a ‘community of learning’.

For a broader group of learners, it provides quality accredited and non-accredited education and training with emphasis on critical thinking and active participation.
