Technology Department Manager

Let’s talk about you- Previous experience in a project management role.- Outstanding personal organisation and time management skills.- Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills.- Exceptional attention to detail.- First class professionalism and discretion with sensitive and confidential information.- The ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally.
How will you support our “Why?”- Understand the department priorities, keep an eye on their progress, assist and/or escalate as needed.- Bring structure to the department’s work - ensure there are plans in place for the work that needs to be done and track the milestones.- Report on the department’s progress, acknowledge and celebrate the wins.- Coordinate budget creation, track actual spend, reconcile expenses, and ensure budgets are not exceeded.- Understand the key risks in the department, ensure there are mitigations and action plans in place.- Ensure structured storage and recording of information for the department.- Assist with recruitment and people management administration for the team.- Coordinate leadership team meetings, track and manage action items.
