As a National Communication Centre (NCC) Operator you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and security standards to our customers, building tenants, and contractors. You will also support our daily business operations, acting as a key touchpoint for our people. Responsibilities include:
- Alarm and CCTV monitoring
- Operational support
- Rostering
- Dispatch/ Response
- Help desk functionality
- Reporting
- Process and escalation
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster including day shift, nights and weekends.
- Graded control room experience
- Experience with alarm monitoring and rostering platforms
- High level customer service skills
- High standard of presentation and professionalism
- Excellent understanding of WHS
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and effectively as a team
- Display problem solving skills and rational thinking
- Strong computing and reporting skills
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENCES**:
- Current valid NSW Security License (Class 1 E)
- Current NSW First Aid Certificate
- Certificates in Security Operations (advantage)
