- Have a comprehensive understanding of our people policies and procedures and provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice.
- Reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and various People and Culture documentation as appropriate to ensure compliance with legislation and contemporary practices.
- Offering support and guidance to people leaders and employees who are setting and managing performance and development plans.
- Provide process support for employee lifecycle activities in partnership with People Services to ensure a good people experience.
- Supporting the Senior P&C Partner with cyclical workforce planning, talent management, and related employee data management.
- Contribute to implementing people initiatives and process improvement projects to achieve expected outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to recruitment activities and support the talent acquisition function as needed.

About youThis role would suit an autonomous and seasoned human resource professional with demonstrated experience working as a People and Culture/HR Advisor, Generalist or Business Partner.
- You have broad generalist experience with a focus on advisory preferably within a similarly complex organisation, financial services, or corporate/professional services.
- You are confident with the ability to provide strategic advice and have proven experience influencing leaders to make sound and balanced decisions.
- Experienced in navigating complex people-related situations with the ability to work through challenging scenarios with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage, plan, organise and priorities own workload and timelines to achieve set objectives within specified timeframes.
