Join our Government client as a People & Culture Adviser for a permenent opportunity based in Melbourne CBD. You will provide tailored guidance and solutions to support their employees and enhance their organisational effectiveness. Reporting to the Senior Partner, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to address challenges and implement best practices.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice on employee relations and manage cases.
- Maintain understanding of policies, updating documentation as needed.
- Support performance management and talent acquisition activities.
- Contribute to implementing people initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

**About You**
- Proven HR experience in a similar environment.
- Strong ability to provide accurate advice and manage tasks efficiently.
- Skilled in navigating complex people-related situations and influencing decision-making.
- Agile, adaptable, and excellent communicator.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS systems.
- Valid working rights in Australia
