**The Client**:
With over 25 years demonstrated experience, this nationally-established diversified building services and engineering group provides end-to-end consultancy services - design, cost planning, sustainability/buildability engineering, project management and commissioning certification.

Having established repeat relationships with a select group of institutional blue chip property clients and Tier-1 construction companies, this group have been involved in the successful delivery of iconic large-scale commercial mixed-use, hotel/casino, hospital, defence, and multi-residential developments nationally - valued in excess of $1bil.

**The Role**:
As QLD Services and Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of building services integration during the delivery of large-scale construction and development projects. You will be responsible for leading the associated design, cost planning, procurement, project management, testing and commissioning phases.

Reporting to the group's Managing Director, you will act as the point of contact for Builders/Principal Contractors, Developers and Consultants during the ECI, preconstruction and delivery phases of projects.

**Required Experience**:

- Have a detailed understanding of the sustainability evaluation frameworks including Green Star and NABERS.
- Suitably qualified and experienced in the installation and commissioning of typical building services systems including Mechanical, BMS, Electrical, Hydraulic & Fire services.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project and PDF mark-up softwares.
- Ability to effectively communicates and engage with projects
- stakeholders.
- Be comfortable attending site to provide witness testing and status reporting.

**Technical Qualifications**:

- Hold university qualification in Engineering or Construction management
- Hold relevant industry engineering accreditation or membership.
- At least 5 years experience working building services specific to large-scale construction and development projects.
