EziCleaner (Mixed Cleaning Role, Domestic/Commercial)

**Position Overview**:
At EziLiving QLD, we are more than just a cleaning service. We are committed to helping people stay in their homes by providing basic domestic duties to assist in continued independence. As an Ezi-Cleaner, you won't just be cleaning houses, but making a difference in the lives of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide regular domestic duties such as general surface cleaning, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and other basic cleaning skills.
- Travel from house to house, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and respectful manner, understanding their specific domestic needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the EziLiving team to ensure a consistent and quality service.
- Work independently and occasionally with a team.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must posses a valid drivers license.
- Have access to reliable transportation.
- Must successfully pass a police check - If concerned please speak to us first
- Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
- A genuine desire to create a comfortable and manageable space for our clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and non-verbally, and to interact with a diverse range of clients.
- Basic written communication skills for reporting and documentation purposes.

- All training is provided by our very own. All training is on-site and free.
- Chemicals and equipment are provided - including re-stocking and replacements.
- Flexible work hours - We work with you, not against you. We are happy to discuss working hours that are suitable for you.
- Healthy work-life balance - We operate Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
- Rotating roster with mínimal changes and disruptions.
- Travel distance maximum of 15 minutes between jobs.

**Base Wage**:
Award: Cleaning Services Award

Rate: Casual starting from $30.09 p/hr + Travel + KM + Allowances + Super + Bonuses

**Application Process**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
