**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As an End User Computing (EUC) Technician, you will provide onsite support for first and second level Technology enquiries

Key accountabilities will include:

- Provide support to staff when stationed at the Tech Hub, including assisting users with hands on support, training and in person “how to” assistance
- Provide IT support for laptops, mobiles, printers, peripherals and AV devices
- Investigate, diagnose and resolves hardware and software faults related to end-user devices

This opportunity is available on a **full-time, permanent** basis.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage multiple and competing activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain, support and implement upgrades to end user systems.
- Previous experience working in an IT customer service role, within a company or environment of similar size/complexity.
- Demonstrated experience with using and supporting Windows 10 and associated Desktop Applications/Web Apps.
- Demonstrated experience with supporting and configuring Mobile Devices
