**About the Role**

The Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator at AIES plays a pivotal role in advancing AIES’ global presence and attracting prospective international students. This position leads strategic initiatives to enhance AIES's international student recruitment efforts, foster partnerships, and drive growth in enrollment.

**Duties**

As a marketing Coordinator of our organization, the tasks and duties are to identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for the pricing and promotion of our education products and services.
- Report to Marketing Director - Prepare and draft marketing plan and marketing strategies to support the whole business growth and meet the mission of the company, promote brand and service;
- Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs - Prepare marketing budget and implement marketing plan;
- Undertake and commission market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing education products and services - Collect data from survey and promotional activities, analyse the database and categorise potential and existing clients;
- Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preference - Classify customers into different segments and analyse their study patterns and preference based on their personal details and current situation to identify the market opportunities in the particular state to ensure the success of marketing plan or particular campaign;
- Evaluate and promote recruitment opportunities and monitor associated recruiting conditions - Organize, plan and promote recruitment events
- Analyse and predict current and future market trend and opportunities - Present reports and statistics to ensure marketing activities and events are well planned and the budget is well spent;
- Evaluate the competitive environment and the positioning of existing products and services - Keep updating the current market trend and government policies regularly and forecast the future market trends and monitor the competitors’ activities to maintain the competitiveness of AiES products and services;
- Advise on all elements of the marketing mix including products and services, pricing, advertising and sales promotion - Propose the newest marketing information, such as customer needs, competitor’s strategies and current /or future market trend. The marketing proposal includes AiES products and services, price setting and effective promotion strategies;
- Prepare sales and marketing forecasts, assist executives in the preparation of divisional marketing plans, and coordinate marketing plans for overall business - Analyse the customer data base and future marketing trend to share the data and information to other offices to coordinate and plan for AiES overall marketing activities;
- Coordinate and participate in education products and student service development and management, through initial product concept and testing to ongoing monitoring of market success - Meet business partners regularly to discuss the marketing plan and get updated information to ensure the success of the marketing plan, participate AiES workshop to update the products and service;
- Liaise with customers and other agencies to ensure the organisation is well performed on changing market conditions and trends - Attend workshops organised by other associations or business partners to update the marketing trends and information for future marketing plan;
- Coordinate production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting and media placement, within time and budget constraints - Create consumer awareness of AiES brand and services in the market, universities products, campaigns or event within the budget, prepare event artworks, social media advertisement, poster and flyers, distribute the promotional materials to third party if necessary;
- Travel interstate to source and meet business partners

**Skills and Experience Required**
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or relevant work experience in marketing and communications within organisation context with demonstrated success in international student recruitment, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in developing effective marketing and recruitment plans, monitoring and reporting progress, and providing advice and recommendation.
