**Why Your Role Matters**:
The Equitable Learning Services Administrator performs a key role in the Pro Vice-Chancellor Education & Student Experience portfolio, Education Pillar, Student Success theme. The role is responsible for effective day-to-day program administration and communications support for the Equitable Learning Services (ELS). This role will contribute to increased equity and inclusivity in access to, and participation in, study at UNSW and is guided by the Disability Discrimination Act, the Disability Standards for Education and Privacy Legislation, and aligned with the UNSW 2025 Strategy to enhance Educational Excellence and the Student Experience.

This role provides effective and efficient administration of ELS activities, including the critical provision of, and payment for, services and equipment to students. The role manages student and staff enquiries, providing triage into ELS and managing sensitive information. The role also gathers and supports the implementation of content for communications, including website updates and student newsletters.

**Who You Are**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service, working with diverse people in different roles and with diverse lived experience.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Excellent document and financial record management skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work flexibly, productively, and effectively as part of a team while operating autonomously and demonstrating strong initiative and a proactive approach.
- Advanced interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the execution of small-scale events, including promotion and event coordination and logistics.
- Demonstrated ability and initiative to identify, analyse and resolve administrative issues ensuring effective outcomes and process improvements.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives, and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
- Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
