**Accounts Administrator**

**About you**
- Available to work full time Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 4.00pm
- Previous experience working in admin, accounts receivable/payable and payroll.
- Great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly and approachable
- Competent in using Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel and PAYAPPS
- Must have Xero experience

**Your Duties**
- **Accounts Payable**: Enter and process purchase orders, bills and vendor payments accurately and on time.
- **Accounts Receivable**: Set up new customers, issue client invoices via PAYAPPS, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances and chase overdue invoices.
- **Reconciliations**: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- **Collections**: Manage overdue accounts, initiate follow-up, support cash flow, and initiating debt collection processes as necessary.
- **Payroll Support**: Entering timesheets and processing payroll each week and handling any payroll-related enquiries.

**Your Experience**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in accounts administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- **Reliability**: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output.
